What shipping options do you offer?
All packages are shipped using DHL Global Mail from our warehouse in the
United States. The package will then be sent to Toronto where
Canada Post will take the package and deliver it to its final
destination. Tracking is provided with this shipping method and
will be sent to you in your shipping confirmation email.
Note: Please allow up to 24 hours from the time your order was placed
for tracking information to become available. We do not currently
offer expedited shipping.
When will I receive my order?
Your order should arrive in 4-8 days after shipment. Please allow
2 days to process your order.
Our standard shipping (4-8 business days) to you is charged based on the
weight of the products being shipped. However, because we are shipping
from our warehouse in the United States to Canada, import fees still
apply, and will vary depending on the province being shipped to. Please
note this is a non-refundable fee.
You will be charged 18% of your product total which will cover the cost
of Duties and Taxes. This amount includes all charges that are incurred
when the shipment passes through customs. You will not have any
additional charges when your shipment arrives.
How will my package pass through Canada customs?

By
ordering goods from TysToyBox.ca you hereby authorize a licensed
Canadian customs broker chosen by TysToyBox.ca to act as your agent and
transact business with Revenue Canada to clear your merchandise, account
for duties and taxes, return your merchandise to TysToyBox.ca and
prepare and submit refund claims on your behalf for any merchandise that
you return.
You
understand that Revenue Canada will send any refund of duties and taxes
that were paid on the returned merchandise to the customs broker and you
will obtain any refund directly from TysToyBox.ca In this connection,
you also authorize the customs broker to endorse any refund cheque
issued by Revenue Canada in your name, so that TysToyBox.ca can be
reimbursed. Please email

What currency is used when placing an order?
All
prices displayed on the website are in Canadian dollars. When your
payment is processed through your credit card or PayPal it will be
processed in US dollars.
Is it safe to place an order online with TysToyBox.ca?
We guarantee your shopping experience with us is 100% safe. We use
proven encryption software and technology to secure your transactions
with TysToyBox.ca so that credit card information cannot be read by
unauthorized parties as it travels over the Internet. This is the same
encryption technology used by banks, restaurants, hotels, stockbrokers,
and department stores.
How do I
check the status of my order?
If you have an account with us, you can log into your account and check
the status of your order under "Track Order". You can also track your
order by clicking on the tracking number link in the email we would have
sent you the day your order was shipped.
How do I
use coupons or offer codes?
1. Visit us at www.TysToyBox.ca
2. Shop as you would normally, placing the items you like in your
shopping cart.
3. Enter your TysToyBox.ca Special Offer Code or Coupon number on the
review shopping cart page and click Apply Discount. Your discount will
automatically be applied to your order.
What is your return
policy?
We accept returns within 30 days from date of sale for items returned in
new, unused condition, and returned in their original package. We will
gladly credit the original credit card or PayPal account for these items
once they are received at our Returns Facility. Please email
customerservice@tystoybox.ca for authorization prior to sending in
your return.
Exchange
We do not offer direct exchanges. Instead, first complete the return
process described above for the original item(s). Then, place a new
order for the product(s) you want as a replacement.
Misship or Incorrect Shipments
If you receive incorrect or damaged items, or you feel your order is
incomplete, please contact us immediately by email at
customerservice@tystoybox.ca so that we may resolve the issue
quickly.
Refusal of Shipments and Undeliverable Shipments
If you refuse the delivery of your package or it is returned from the
shipping carrier because of a bad address, you will be responsible for
all shipping charges associated with returning the package to
TysToyBox.ca.

What do I do if I need to exchange an item purchased?
We do not offer direct exchanges. Instead, first complete the return
process for the original item(s). Then, place a new order for the
product(s) you want as a replacement.
How can I know which clothing size do I need?
You can review our
sizing chart for costumes, shoes and apparel. You will also find
directions on how to measure women, juniors and girls apparel, in
addition to European shoe sizes.
How do I cancel my
order?
We pride ourselves on shipping orders quickly. Orders that have been
placed cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Return Policy if you
wish to return your order for a refund.
Do you offer gift wrap?
We offer gift wrapping for many of our products (except oversized items
or those that ship separately). Gift wrap is just $4.95 per item. To
have an item gift wrapped, choose this option from the Shopping Cart
page just before you check out. You can also enter a free gift message
on that page. And rest assured: the price you've paid for your items
will not appear in your shipment.
Do you have a
printed catalog?
We do not have a printed catalog at this time. However, feel free to
shop by Category or by Character for an easier shopping experience! You
may also use the search box located at the top of each page and then
narrow the results (on the left) to find what you want.
How do I place an
order?
If you are a new customer to TysToyBox.ca, you may begin shopping by
finding an item that you wish to purchase and simply click on the button
to the right of the item that says "add to cart," this will add the item
to your cart. You may continue shopping and adding items to your
shopping cart. Once you are finished adding the item(s) you wish to
purchase, begin the checkout process by clicking on the green Checkout
button located next to your shopping cart. This will walk you through
the entire checkout process and you will receive the order
confirmation/receipt.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Google Checkout
and PayPal for orders. Unfortunately, we do not accept Checks or
Money Orders at this time.
How do I convert
currency?
You can convert currency by going to
www.xe.com.Located at the bottom of the page is a "Quick Currency
Converter," here you can enter the amount of your order in Canadian
Dollars and convert to the necessary currency.
